Service Description
A focused phone consultation for acute illnesses like coughs, colds, viruses, mastitis and tummy bugs. We will discuss your symptoms, and I will prepare a custom herbal formula for you on the same day.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand, and I’ll happily move your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur 50% of the consult fee, and missed appointments are charged in full. Any herbs already prepared for you will still be charged. I understand that life with illness, pregnancy and small children doesn’t always go to plan. If something urgent comes up, please get in touch, and we’ll work it out.
