Progress with herbal medicine isn’t always linear. Symptoms change, life circumstances change, and the formula that suited you at your first visit may need adjusting as things improve.

Follow-up consults are where we can expand our work together and nurture the continuity of care. We review what has improved and what hasn’t, as well as any changes in your health. Then I adjust your formula and plan to match what you're needing.

Coughs, colds, fevers, sore throats, tummy bugs, earaches. The common illnesses that move through households, especially those with little ones.

Acute care is a short, focused consult for adults and children, held by phone. We’ll talk through what’s happening and I’ll make up a herbal formula for you the same day.

Herbs are priced separately, depending on what’s needed.
