Service Description
Follow-up consults are where we continue to deepen the herbal care and tailored support. We review what has improved and what hasn’t, as well as any changes in health and well-being. Then I adjust your formula and plan to match how you’re going now.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand, and I’ll happily move your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur 50% of the consult fee, and missed appointments are charged in full. Any herbs already prepared for you will still be charged. I understand that life with illness, pregnancy and small children doesn’t always go to plan. If something urgent comes up, please get in touch, and we’ll work it out.
